Updating your billing information
Since ProfitGauges is a monthly subscription, the credit card you have on your account is billed on the same day every month. There may be times when you get a new card or would like to switch to a different one. Not to worry, updating your billing information is easy!
How to update your billing information:
- Log in to your ProfitGauges account.
- Hover over your username in the upper right and click on 'Account' from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the 'Membership' tab.
- As long as your membership is still active you'll see the blue 'Update Card' button in the right corner of the page. Click on the button to make your changes.
If your account is no longer active:
- If your membership is no longer active, you will not have the update button.
- If your membership is not active then please click on the ProfitGauges blue 'Bookkeeping' button.
- Add your card information and verify your billing address.
- Click on the blue 'Sign-up & Pay Now' button.
- PLEASE NOTE: If your account is on hold, all of your information is still on your account. Once you've activated your membership you'll be able to see everything and continue on as normal.
