Brittany has been a member of the Let’s Truck team since 2014. She began her career at Let’s Truck as the go-to person for all things ProfitGauges. Her position grew to include copywriting, marketing, and event planning.
In 2015 Brittany began her mindfulness journey after moving from her hometown of Akron, Ohio to the St. Louis area in Missouri. Moving away from family and friends left her struggling with stress, anxiety, and not being able to focus.
She began researching how to gain back control of her mind and emotions. Brittany discovered the book, Wherever You Go, There You Are by Jon Kabat-Zinn, the founder of the Mindfulness Stress Reduction Clinic at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She continued reading as much as she could on mindfulness and incorporating mindfulness practice in her everyday life. In the fall of 2019, Brittany completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program through the UMass Memorial Center for Mindfulness.
